1. The applicant is required to share the research findings and any resulting publications with the local project partners and the Lao Access and Benefit-Sharing (ABS) Authority to ensure proper acknowledgment of the resource providers.

2. This permission is granted solely for the specific research project described above.

3. If any further research or experiments involving the genetic resources or their associated Digital Sequence Information (DSI) are intended for commercial purposes, the Faculty of Public Health, Khon Kaen University, Thailand, must notify the Lao ABS Authority and the local project partner in advance to negotiate and establish a new Access and Benefit-Sharing (ABS) agreement prior to commencing such activities.

4. The applicant is required to acknowledge the Lao People's Democratic Republic as the country of origin of the genetic resources in any research outputs, publications, or databases generated from, or utilizing, the associated Digital Sequence Information (DSI) derived from those genetic resources.
